Write your check or money order for $295.00, payable to Catholic Engaged Encounter. Mail your application and fee to the address given above.

Registration deadline is 8 days prior to the scheduled weekend. We are sometimes booked ahead, and space is limited-so please register early. Occasionally, if another couple has cancelled and/or the Retreat Center can accommodate a couple, we will accept late registrations.

To assure your space on the weekend, your full fee must be enclosed with your application.

If you cancel by Thursday of the week, i.e. eight days before, before your scheduled weekend, we will refund all but $75.00 of your $295.00 registration. If you reschedule at that time, we will apply your entire payment to the next weekend, i.e., we will not penalize you any fee.

If you cancel within eight days of your scheduled weekend, we can not make any refund to you. This is because commitments have been made to and by the retreat center for meals and lodging. Depending upon commitments made with the retreat center, we may or may not be able to credit part of your payment for a future weekend.

If you cannot make the scheduled weekend, we encourage you to reschedule. We will provide information on other weekends, including those in other Engaged Encounter communities (dioceses).
